​​Your Session​​​

 

In preparation for your session, arrive 5-10 minutes early allowing time to settle.​There will be a brief check in to acknowledge your present state and for you to share any intentions for your session.​​  For first time clients, a case history will be taken and therefore an extra 15 minutes is needed.​

 

Both Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki Intuitive Energy Healing sessions take place lying on a massage table. You may choose to sit, if it is more comfortable. Clients are fully clothed.​​​Following your session, a walk in nature or quiet time is recommended, to assist with integration and processing of your therapeutic experience. ​​
