To prepare and make the most of your session, please arrive 5 minutes before your start time allowing time to settle and to ensure a full session.
There will be a brief check-in to acknowledge your present state and perhaps for you to share any intentions you might have for your session.
For first time clients, a case history will be taken and therefore more time might be required for an appointment.
Clients will be invited to lie down on a table fully clothed without shoes on. Some clients may choose to sit if it is more comfortable.
From the moment you schedule an appointment, you have already put out an intention to heal. To make the most of your therapeutic experience, a walk in nature or ensuring time for quietness before or after a session will also allow for integration and processing.
